For several years, the Whitewater Valley Railroad has been honored with an annual visit by Thomas The Tank Engine. During the Day Out With Thomas weekends, WVRR runs two trains; Thomas pulls a passenger train while a conventional diesel-electric pulls a train consisting of all cabooses.
